State of Washington v. Trump

Summary
The states of Washington, Arizona, Illinois, and Oregon have brought forward a multi-state lawsuit that seeks to block Trump’s Executive Order 14160, which denies birthright citizenship to children born in the U.S. whose parents are not citizens or lawful permanent residents.
