This memo is the second in a series of resources to help the federal grantee community understand the current legal landscape affecting conditions imposed on federal funding under the Trump-Vance administration. For grants from multiple agencies, this memo identifies: (1) the conditions that have been placed on grants, and the litigation challenging those conditions; and (2) the terminations of grants and withholdings of grant funds that have occurred, and the litigation challenging those actions.
